Well....I'm not entirely sure where to begin to be honest.

Chocolate City is of course a male stripper show with men of black descent/origin; inspired by the movie of the same name.

My friend Selina and I made our way in the predictable cold of London to Proud in Camden for the show.

We were told to arrive early by people who had been to previous shows and luckily we were at the front of the queue.

So lucky in fact because when we got into the venue it was basically just an open space with a stage at the end.

Selina - who had recently hurt her ankle - had nowhere to rest her foot if needed which wasnt great.

Never fear however, because with the use of my superior intellect; i asked security for a chair for her and the next thing you know, whoosh! front of the stage in a closed off area right in front of the action. Winning!

After an amazingly long waiting period, the show finally began and with a few girls being asked to lick whipped cream off a man and another set being asked to strip tease for the strippers; we soon realised the kind of fun we were in for!

The first performer of the night was one named Casanova who does something very interesting with a phone light and a Jamaican flag.

The second - my personal favourite - was Suave Mente (dont quote me on that, i may have misheard) who had a little mishap with a floor of baby oil and a woman on his head who then landed....on her own...

Next came Jay, a beautiful specimen of a man who i had the 'pleasure' of receiving a dance from. While I think he was by far the best set of the night; he did lack the muscles i have come to realise i appreciate in a man ;)

After two other acts who dont really need a mention, we had the final act who while i cant remember his name was a force to be reckoned with.

He. Was. Massive.

This is a strip show ladies so when i say massive, i mean MASSIVE O_O

Id never seen anything like it! What was most concerning though was the amount of props and effort he put into tearing off a womans close and basically having sex with her on stage!

There was wax and fire and roses and petals and all manner of madness that by the end didnt even make sense. He looked violent. He looked like he was going to eat her alive...raw!

Despite my own mishaps about the final act, all in all it was a very interesting and funny night that most women will definitely enjoy!

Venue could have been better or better arranged and the timings could have run a LOT better but definitely worth the wait if not for the shock factor alone.
